  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and issue

We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

⏳ Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
